Strengththat heals.
A chalk-dusted floor where cast iron meets breath work. For the burned-out, the frozen-shouldered, and the quietly determined.

“I come in at 7am after a twelve-hour shift and I leave feeling like I gave something back to myself.”
The First Class
You arrive as you are. There is no fitness test, no intake form asking what you used to lift. The first class is forty minutes: ten minutes of breath and movement to arrive, twenty minutes of foundational swing work, ten minutes of rest and stillness. You leave knowing the difference between tension you chose and tension that chose you.
“My shoulders had been locked for two years. Three months in, I forgot they were ever a problem.”
Iron and Breath
Kettlebell training is a conversation between effort and recovery. Every swing teaches you to generate force and then release it completely — a practice that transfers off the studio floor. We program rest as deliberately as we program load. The bell goes down. The breath comes in. This is the work.

“We trade off childcare to get here. Twenty minutes of being just ourselves again. It's enough. It's everything.”
Who This Is For
Burned-out nurses finishing night shifts. Desk-bound developers with frozen shoulders. New parents reclaiming twenty minutes of sovereignty over their own bodies. Retirees who refused the rocking chair. The class is not sorted by fitness level. It is sorted by presence — everyone who shows up is exactly qualified.

“I told myself I was past it. Swing proved me wrong. I swing heavier now than I did at fifty.”
Four formats.
One floor.
Every class shares the same philosophy: you are not here to be broken down. You are here to be built up — carefully, over time, with attention.
